Booking your private boat charter is quick and easy. Just choose your preferred time and experience, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the main details. The meeting point will be provided once your captain is confirmed in Step 2.

The day before your trip, we’ll share a list of experienced, independent USCG-licensed captains who know our boats inside and out. Pick the one you’d like to hire, and we’ll connect you both by sharing contact information.
  • Arrive and get ready to go
Arrive 15 minutes early so there’s plenty of time to check in and meet your captain. You’ll take care of the captain’s payment at the dock before departure — then all that’s left is to step aboard and enjoy your time on the water.

Captain & Fuel

In Miami, private boat charters operate under a U.S. Coast Guard requirement known as a “Bareboat Charter Agreement”. This means you are renting the boat only, while the captain is hired independently.

This structure is standard, fully compliant with federal regulations, and gives you the freedom to choose your own USCG-licensed captain.

How we make it easy

  • You choose You pick your captain from the list and pay them directly at the dock prior to departure.

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
  • Free street parking available in the surrounding area. We recommend that customers arrive early, especially on weekends, to allow time to find a suitable spot.
  • Maximum amount of passengers is 10, including toddlers and kids.
  • At least one traveler must be 18 years or older.
  • The Primary Guest listed on the reservation must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
  • Smoking is not allowed (Only Vapes).
  • Red wine is prohibited due to the risk of permanent stains on vessel surfaces.
  • Open flames or spark candles are strictly prohibited onboard.
  • Customer must leave their shoes on a designated basket prior to boarding.
  • Sunscreen must be applied prior to getting on the water, to prevent stains in the cushions.
  • This is a private charter. Only your group will participate.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 24 hours before your charter’s start time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, or in cases of bad weather or verified emergencies, are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
  • Change requests within 24 hours of the start time are not guaranteed but may be considered at our discretion.
  • If your charter is canceled due to weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • We aim to provide every guest with a smooth, positive experience. If unexpected circumstances arise, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to assist.
