- Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
- Free street parking available in the surrounding area. We recommend that customers arrive early, especially on weekends, to allow time to find a suitable spot.
- Maximum amount of passengers is 10, including toddlers and kids.
- At least one traveler must be 18 years or older.
- The Primary Guest listed on the reservation must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- Smoking is not allowed (Only Vapes).
- Red wine is prohibited due to the risk of permanent stains on vessel surfaces.
- Open flames or spark candles are strictly prohibited onboard.
- Customer must leave their shoes on a designated basket prior to boarding.
- Sunscreen must be applied prior to getting on the water, to prevent stains in the cushions.
- This is a private charter. Only your group will participate.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel up to 24 hours before your charter’s start time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, or in cases of bad weather or verified emergencies, are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
- Change requests within 24 hours of the start time are not guaranteed but may be considered at our discretion.
- If your charter is canceled due to weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
- We aim to provide every guest with a smooth, positive experience. If unexpected circumstances arise, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to assist.
Pregnant guests
Expectant mothers are welcome aboard. Participation should be based on personal comfort and consultation with a healthcare provider. Guests are encouraged to consider any medical advice relevant to their condition before joining the trip.
What is a USCG-licensed captain?
A USCG-licensed captain is a professional boat operator certified by the United States Coast Guard (USCG). This license ensures the captain has completed all required training, passed safety and navigation exams, and has hands-on experience operating vessels. It means they are fully qualified to handle the boat, prioritize your safety, and follow all federal boating regulations during your trip.
